My parents bought me the whole car in cash and a check under my name, a year ago. Now that I am moving away on my own, I like to know, do I own the car?
Due to family troubles, I plan on moving out without letting them know. Could I even sell the car without them even knowing since it is my car? Could they track me down with it and is there any way they can go to court for it?
