im wondering beacause a friend of mine(age:16) is an Immigrant and he is worried about this subject so can he get a license or not?
It may depend on the state, since drivers' license are state-issued.
Googling "illegal immigrants drivers license" brought up (it said) over 247,000 hits, so try it and see what's going on.
There are 4 states that do not require proof of legal status for licenses. I think Hawaii is one, and maybe Maryland. I can't think of the others. I want to say Utah.

CA is giving illegals anything they want practically.
Not legally. They aren't in the country legally why would they be able to drive here legally?
