HI, i am 17, getting my first maxima in like a month, its either a 2002 or 2003, i want either an SE or a GLE, but i heard and read that the SE has stiff suspension which is bad, but it has sporty features on the other hand.
I live in NYC btw which has quite a number of road bumps,but i will not be driving very fast

Please tell me if the difference is big and which one do you recommend and why?

I would go with the GLE if it has a smoother ride, especially in NYC. The last thing you want on the pothole laden roads in the city is a harsh riding sport tuned suspension that will knock your fillings out.
