When I traded it in they gave me this interim paper license, which sucks because it means if I get carded I can't drink. Anyone familiar with this and now how long it takes?
depends on the case load of DMV, but should be 3-6 weeks. They usually run a check on your out-of-state license to be sure it's not bogus or suspended.
