Im supposed to get my license back in august, but i wanted to know if i can go to CT and try to get a license from them. anyone can help?
No, you cannot. My sister had a suspended license in another state, and CT would not license her until she had resolved the situation in that state.
I don't think any states will allow this.
Welcome to the age of computers. Most state DMV's belong to an information sharing compact. A suspension in one state is a suspension in every state.
