Two driving problems?

ok #1 when I turn i am worried that the wheel don't turn back to straight#2 feel like i have to hit the brake all the way down to stop

On #2, it depends on how quickly you need to stop. If you can coast up to a stop, then slowly hit the brakes. If you need to stop quick, then hit them harder.

Don't worry about #1, the wheel will fall back into place (straight) after turning.

1. The steering wheel will want to get back to straight ahead; it's made to do that, and you'll probably have to slow it down a bit. Practice will help, as you get the "feel" of the car.

2. If the brake pedal goes too low or is soft, you need to have the brake system checked. It may be low on fluid, have air in the lines, or the power brake system may not be working. That needs repair, not practice. Get it checked soon.
