Can my car pass emissions with the check engine light on?

what are the chances it passes with the light on?





i has a crap load of miles, 201K lol, its a 98 honda accord

Nope. Its not even legal to test a car with the ck eng light on.




VA is of of the worst states for inspections. they used to make you get one every 6 months. good luck.
